Fuerza Latinx and Rubens Tacos organized this event, and was supported by the efforts of Blended Bridge, Indigenous Surf Club and Campesinx Womb Care project. El Chino Mexican Restaurant and The Treehouse Dispensary were two businesses that helped make this event possible by providing their businesses to be a drop off location for donations.

Fuerza Latinx, along with many collectives from both Santa Cruz and Watsonville came together in solidarity for this event. Over 400 backpacks were collected from donations of the community and distributed out to Field workers in Watsonville, CA for their children.
